These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, and coaching program offered by
NAYTHAN BIA LLC
("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to our coaching content, hypnosis audios, video trainings, live Zoom calls, Skool community, and related materials (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to access or use our Services. By using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
2. Account Responsibility & Communications
You may need to register an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account and must safeguard your login credentials.
By creating an account or submitting a form, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including coaching updates, educational materials, and service notices. You may unsubscribe at any time.
3. Privacy

for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
4. Program Access
Upon enrollment in the
Behind It All Method
, you will gain access to course materials, coaching calls, nightly hypnosis audios (via Google Drive), and our community platform (Skool).
Access to course content lasts 30 days from the program start date. Nightly hypnosis audios and support materials are for personal use only and may not be distributed.
5. Community Guidelines (Skool & Zoom)
You are solely responsible for any content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and share your content as part of the community experience. Content that is unlawful, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others will be removed at our discretion.
6. Payment & Subscription
Payment is required in full or via approved payment plans to access the program. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Enrollment is considered complete once payment is received.
We do not offer free trials. All transactions are final, subject to our Money-Back Guarantee (Section 7).
7. Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund under our Money-Back Guarantee if the following conditions are met:
You completed the full 30-day program. You consistently listened to the nightly hypnosis audios. You actively participated in the program and reached out for support during challenges. You attend a 1:1 Zoom call with a NAYTHAN BIA team member to complete your refund request.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after program completion. Refunds do not include processing or transaction fees. Early cancellations are non-refundable but may be credited toward re-enrollment within 6 months.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, including videos, scripts, frameworks, and hypnosis audios, are owned by NAYTHAN BIA LLC. You may not reproduce, share, or sell any part of the program without written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Post or share harmful, defamatory, or illegal content Use the Services for spamming or unauthorized marketing, Interfere with other participants or disrupt coaching calls, Share program materials outside the group or with non-members
Violation of these rules may result in removal without refund. And other Legal Action
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees of specific results and disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Participation does not constitute a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at our discretion, especially for violations of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of
California
. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
